Sprocket is a wheel with inlaid chain teeth, used to engage with a block with an accurate pitch on a pitch chain or cable: a solid or spoke gear that engages with a chain to transmit motion.Our factory mainly product all kind of large nonstandard sprockets according to customer’s drawing and requirements. Sprocket material should ensure that the teeth have enough strength and wear resistance, so the tooth generally do the surface quenching to improve the hardness.
