2.Quality assurance: In addition to the jaw plate and the replaceable connecting ear plate assembly, all are made of Sweden Hardox steel, with the design concept of the light weight and high strength wearable for the crushing bucket. The core hydraulic parts are all supplied by Japan(All imported)
3.Jaw Plate: The high strength wear resistance jaw plate is devided into upper moveable plate and lower fixed plate which can be exchanged with each other, and the rear and front sections can also be exchanged to maximize the jaw plate usage and reduce the replacement frequency. The replacement period for the upper jaw plate is about 500-600 hours, for the lower jaw plate is 800-1000 hours. The replacement period are different based on the hardness of crushing material.
4.The adjustment size: The size of the discharge port can be easily adjusted from 20mm to 120mm by increasing or reducing the number and thickness of the adjustment plate at the discharge port of the crusher bucket.

6.Installation: Use the excavator crushing hammer pipeline to connect the inlet and outlet oil pipe(1 inch) of the crushing bucket, and one oil return pipe to directly return to the main tank.
